동석이 호텔 회장이라는 사실을 알게 된 광숙, 동석을 만나 뒤늦게 만회하려고 하는데 쉽지 않다. 한편 독수리술도가의 장광주는 LX호텔에 납품이 결정되지만, 독고탁은 포기하지 않고 동석을 찾아간다.
