Beverly is flipping her first house with her son Zac in Nolensville,Tennessee. It's a great house, but right off the bat, Beverly's reckless attitude and Zac's overly-cautious approach put them at odds. As they struggle to keep things moving, Beverly insists on hiring professionals because she can't deal with Zac's micromanaging, and Zac wants to stay on budget by doing most of the work themselves.
