Norman möchte als Superheld "Norman Man" für alle in Pontypandy der große Retter sein. Aber sein treuer Gehilfe James ist als Atomic Boy in Notsituationen weitaus besonnener. Deshalb wird er in ganz Pontypandy auch als der eigentliche Superheld des Duos gefeiert. Das ärgert Norman so sehr, dass er James absichtlich in Gefahr bringt, um ihn anschließend als "Norman Man" zu retten. Eine sehr dumme und gefährliche Idee.
Norman is playing Superheroes with James - Norman is Norman-Man and James is his sidekick Atomic Boy. Suddenly Lion the cat floats off in a boat and James and Norman find they have a real rescue on their hands.
