When newly married Carmina Anderson is found shot dead in her trailer home in the Colorado Rocky Mountains in February 1973, suspicions lead to her overbearing husband until the coroner's inquest rules the death an accident and the case is closed. After decades pass, it's shockingly brought back to life by her diligent daughter while investigators are able to uncover additional information through interviews and new autopsy reports. With several inconsistencies in the husband's story, and the case information and documentation re-examined, they're able to prove it was premeditated in order to have the murderer finally caught.
