香港國際機場自九八年遷往赤鱲角，廿五年来客運量攀升三陪，楊尚偉亦從小職員晉升為中央控制中心值班經理，負責監察整個機場的運作。尚偉還有一班好伙伴，包括仰慕他的助手方可兒、負責機場客運服務的呂芷珊、負責機場保安的陳杰及負責停機坪服務的李勝祥，他們合作無間協助處理機場發生的各種事情……尚偉與身為港灣航空駐機場主管的前妻張若玲常有交集，其實二人離婚後仍想着對方，當中機長郭啟光和空服務員高雅雯的出現，令二人關係再起波瀾。
