The show starts with a beautiful introduction of the Super Action Director of Bollywood, Rohit Shetty. The scene shifts to a beautiful locale where Rohit introduces the 13 contestants, one by one. The contestants are forcibly taken to the place where Rohit is. Rohit has a brief chat with the contestants and asks them to be ready for the first stunt, Apple Py. Later, Rohit takes the contestants for the next stunt of the day, Eggjam. After this, the scene shifts to the location of the third stunt of the day, Finding Mimo.
Today's episode starts in the Dorstberg Quarry with the stunt, Fear Fall. After this breath stopping stunt, the scene shifts to the Dortsberg Mining Workshop and the contestants face Killer Bees in the stunt - Killer Attack. Rohit then welcomes the contestants to the Wynberg Military Aquatic Club where the five weakest performers of the five stunts face off in the elimination stunt, Paani me Panic.
The episode starts with Ranvir trying to step into Rohit shoes by acting as the host for the show. Rohit then makes his appearance and describes the first stunt of today, Break Fail. After the stunt is over, Rohit takes the contestants to Visserhok Farm to have lunch with, Romeo and his friends. Once there, Rohit describes the stunt which is, Murge Ka Badla. Later, Rohit takes the contestants for a stunt, which according to him is very close to his heart and quite dangerous and is called Kaanch aur Aanch.
Eliminated: Pooja Gor The episode starts at the Cut Off Bridge, Cape town, South Africa. After a small session of jokes and laughter, Rohit describes the first stunt, Crash Landing. Next, the contestants are taken to the Victoria Waterfront for the next stunt, Ghoom Barabar Ghoom. Wild Card Entry: Karanvir Bohra, Teejay Sidhu Today's episode is a Jodi No 1 Special Episode and the contestants are divided into pairs. Rohit introduces the wild card entry Jodi of Karanvir and Teejay. Rohit welcomes the wild card pair and explains the first stunt, Under Water Rescue. The contestants head for the Table Mountain to perform the next stunt, Slippery Car. Last but not the least, Rohit takes the contestants to the BMW Pavilion for the last stunt of the day, Torture Tunnel.
Eliminated: Rochelle Maria Rao The episode starts with the first stunt at the Eikenhof Farm where Rohit welcomes the contestants and explains the first stunt, Heli Bull Ride. After finishing the first stunt, the contestants jog to the Eikenhof Dam to perform the next stunt, Golmaal. Finally, the contestants who have not performed well walk to the Eikenhof Stable for the elimination stunt of the week, Teen ka Tadka, Saanp hai Bhadka.
The episode starts at Meikbos Village, with Rohit welcoming the contestants and speaking about the stunts being the hardest this week. Rohit then speaks about the first stunt which is dedicated to the Indian Army, Khatron Ka Dhamaka. The contestants then reach a Dam, blindfolded. Rohit describes the next stunt, Jhool Barabar Jhool. Rohit then takes the contestants to Durbanville Area for the third stunt of the day, Beware of Dogs.
Eliminated: Mugdha Godse The episode starts with Ranvir & Nikitan provoking Salman to flirt with, Nimo. Salman then proceeds to do an underwater dance with Nimo. The moment he surfaces, he finds Rohit staring at him who takes him to task. Rohit then welcomes the contestants to the Blue Rock Quarry for the first stunt, Breathless. Once the stunt is over, the contestants say a short prayer and head out for Somerset West for the next stunt, Bheja Fry. Rohit, then takes the contestants to Somerset West Shed for the elimination stunt, Shock Therapy.
Wild Card Entry: Ajaz Khan, Deana Uppal Rohit welcomes all the contestants on the roof top of Senator House. Rohit then speaks about they having lost two friends the last week. He then tells that the contestants will perform in pairs, but not to compete against the other pairs but against each other. Rohit then introduces Ajaz and Deana the new wild card entrants of the show. The first stunt of the day, Rassi To Fassi. Next the contestants move to a rooftop at Harrington Square to perform the next stunt, Udaan. Last but not the least, the contestants reach the venue of the last stunt, Sar Zameen Par.
Eliminated: Dayanand Shetty Sir The episode starts at Brackenfell Horse Farm, with Rohit welcoming the contestants and announces that only 2 of them will be in the elimination stunt. The contestants start the first stunt, Horsepower. Next the contestants assemble at the Cape Town Harbour for the second stunt, Ghoomte Reh Jagoge. Next the contestants assemble for the elimination stunt.
The fear ride starts at the Wisenhof Wildpark with the contestants performing the first stunt, Khopdi ka Khiladi. Next the contestants head for the Wisenhof Lake for the second stunt of the day, Swing is King. Having finished the second stunt, Rohit takes the contestants for the final stunt of the day that is Asmaan se Gira, Panni me Patka.
Eliminated: Geeta Tandon, Gauhar Khan The show starts with the contestants performing the first stunt of the day at the Visserhof Ostrich. Next the contestants move to Tulbagh House for the next stunt, from which Gauahar backs out. Rohit then takes the contestants for the elimination stunt to the Harbour Jetty 2.
The episode starts at Lorensford Dam where all the ten contestants will be performing the stunt in a batch of five each. The stunt has been very aptly named, Standing Ovation. The contestants then head to Verneog Farm for the best stunt of this season so far, Aamna Saamna. The contestants reach Bellville South Pool for the third stunt of the day, Vacuum Cleaner.
Eliminated: Ajaz Khan The show starts with Rohit Shetty welcoming the contestants. He tells them that they will perform in pairs. Rohit explains the first stunt, Car pe Kalakaar. After performing the first stunt, the contestants proceed for the next stunt, Boom. Last but not the least, Deana and Ajaz proceed towards the elimination stunt. The contestants then proceed towards the next stunt, Shootout at Capetown. Finally, the contestants proceed for the final stunt of the day, Underworld. The contestants who have scored nil in the Semi Finale Weekend are asked to step forward and perform the first stunt of the day, Singham. The contestants head for the Denel Road for the second stunt of the day, Highway No:2. Last but not the least, the contestants proceed for the next stunt, Tower Power.
The climax of the Fear Factor - Khatron ke Khiladi - Darr ka Blockbuster starts with the last four contestants Debina, Gurmeet, Rajneish and Nikitan performing the stunt to determine the final three contestants of the Climax. Later, the final three contestants Gurmeet, Rajneish and Nikitan proceed for the finale which have the contestants from the upcoming show, Jhalak Dikhlajaa as guests performers. The surprise guest of the climax is Ajay Devgan.
