Detektiv Leo will endlich den Anführer eines Autoschieberrings dingfest machen. Rollie verwandelt daraufhin seine Assistentin Angie in eine Autodiebin. Gemeinsam mit Schauspielerin Lucinda schickt er sie in die Höhle des Löwen.

A murderous boss of a stolen car ring slips through Leo's fingers yet again. With the help of Angie and Lucinda they get into the "hot" car business and stage an elaborate ruse to find the kingpin's secret "chop shop" and shut down the operation for good.

L'inspecteur Léo McCarthy était sur le point d'arrêter le chef d'un réseau de voitures volées mais une fois de plus celui-ci parvient à lui échapper. Il fait appel à Rollie Tyler qui décide d'infiltrer le réseau avec la complicité de son assistante Angie Ramirez et de l'actrice Lucinda Scott.
