Madison und ihre Band haben einen großen Auftritt in einem Club. Um dabei sein zu können, besorgt sich Ephram einen gefälschten Ausweis, fliegt aber auf, nachdem er zuviel Alkohol getrunken und eine Schlägerei mit dem Gitarristen Jay angefangen hat. Der Ärger ist mit Andy ist vorprogrammiert - oder nicht?
Zusammen mit Tommy besucht Amy ein Studentenfest, wo beide Drogen nehmen. Amy erscheint daraufhin Colin, der ihr klar macht, dass sie von ihm loslassen muss. Weniger glimpflich geht die Sache bei Tommy aus: Er hat zuviel genommen und wird bewusstlos. Amy bleibt nichts anderes übrig, als ihren Vater um Hilfe zu bitten...
Ephram and Bright conspire to get Ephram a fake I.D. so that he can get into a bar to see Madison perform with her band. Meanwhile, Nina leans on Andy for emotional support after she is served with divorce papers, but the genuine affection between the two raises a red flag for Linda; Harold and Rose (guest star Merrilyn Gann) schedule a meeting with Amy's guidance counselor after receiving her less-than-stellar report card. Finally, Tommy (guest star Paul Wasilewski) takes Amy to a party where she finds closure over the loss of Colin (guest Mike Erwin), but the evening takes a life-threatening turn.
Madison et son groupe ont trouvé une scène pour se produire mais il s'agit d'un bar interdit aux mineurs. Ephram, décidé à la soutenir jusqu'au bout, se procure une fausse carte d'identité par Bright. Nina commence une procédure de divorce sous les conseils d'Andy. Linda a l'impression qu'il participe un peu trop dans les démarches administratives de sa voisine et lui rappelle qu'il n'est qu'un ami.
Madison e il suo gruppo sta per debuttare in un famoso locale fuori città e sebbene Ephram non ha l'età per unirsi a lei, decide di farlo ugualmente finendo per compromettere le sue possibilità quando fa a pugni con uno dei componenti della band ed anche ex di Madison. Amy sembra giunta ad un punto di non ritorno quando lei e Tommy si uniscono ad una festa ed entrambi consumano alcol e droga. Quando Tommy non regge il peso, Amy non trova altra soluzione che chiedere aiuto al padre.
Bright ayuda a Ephram a conseguir un carnet falso para que pueda entrar a un Pub a ver a Madison tocar con su grupo. Por otro lado, Nina recibe los papeles del divorcio, lo que la hace acercarse más a Andy. Y Amy asiste a una fiesta con Tommy, que al final acaba de la peor manera posible.
