Hamilelik haberiyle sarsılan Nisan, Eşref’in içinde yer aldığı bu tehlikeli hayatta nasıl çocuk büyüteceğini sorgulamaya başlar. Büyük bir çıkmazın içinde, kendisi ve karnındaki çocuk için en doğru kararı vermenin yükü altında ezildiğini hisseder. Yaşar ve Eşref’in kavgasında, Kadir’le Kenan çıkan karışıklığı fırsata çevirerek Abbas’la dönen ticarete göz diker. Ancak Eşref’in meydanı Kadir’e bırakmaya hiç niyeti yoktur. Shaken by the news of her pregnancy, Nisan begins to question how she can raise a child in the dangerous life that Eşref is part of. Trapped in a deep dilemma, she feels overwhelmed by the weight of making the right decision for herself and her unborn child. Amid the clash between Yaşar and Eşref, Kadir and Kenan seize the chaos as an opportunity and set their sights on the business being run with Abbas. However, Eşref has no intention of handing over control to Kadir. Meanwhile, Gürdal searches everywhere for Günahkar to extinguish the growing fire of revenge within him. Though he has sworn to kill him, he will find the person he’s looking for in the most unexpected place. Eşref manages to foresee and thwart Yaşar’s plans, maintaining the upper hand. But when Nisan is suddenly put in danger, he fails to realize that this time, he himself has been lured into a trap.
Abalada com a notícia da gravidez, Nisan começa a questionar como poderá criar um filho dentro da vida perigosa em que Eşref está envolvido. Presa em um grande dilema, ela se sente esmagada pelo peso de tomar a decisão mais certa para si e para o bebê que carrega. Enquanto Yaşar e Eşref entram em conflito, Kadir e Kenan aproveitam o caos para agir e passam a mirar nos negócios que giram em torno de Abbas. Porém, no momento em que Nisan entra em perigo, ele não perceberá que está sendo levado direto para uma armadilha.
