Ren becomes ill and the group decides to find a place to rest. They find shelter in an abandoned village. In the middle of the night, they are attacked by Orfus, Jilltail, and Aljeena from Chaos Choir. Coud and the others manage to overpower them. Ren unreacts after she is suddenly contacted by Eve and with Coud defenceless, he becomes badly hurt.

Ren se enferma y el grupo decide buscar un lugar para descansar. Encuentran refugio en un pueblo abandonado. En medio de la noche, son atacados por Orfus, Jilltail y Aljeena del Chaos Choir. Coud y los demás logran dominarlos. Ren no reacciona después de que Eve la contacta repentinamente y con Coud indefenso, se lastima gravemente.
