Aakash seeks his parents' permission to take Prarthana to Lucknow. Prarthana waits for Aakash in a cafe, while Aakash goes to meet Prabhunath. The bank manager becomes furious at Prabhunath for not paying the loan installments. Aakash defends Prabhunath and sends him back. A waiter asks Prarthana to pay the bill, but she fails as her purse is with Aakash. Poonam pays Prarthana's bill. Gautam's parents inform Prabhunath that 18th June is an auspicious day for Gautam and Poonam's marriage.
