Poonam accompanies Aakash to the event. Aakash fails to contact Shyam Kothari, over the phone. He visits the lodge where he had met Shyam Kothari. The receptionist of the lodge informs Aakash that Shyam Kothari had not resided in the lodge. The municipality officers confront Aakash for not seeking permission to organise the event, and ruin his arrangements. Aakash informs Poonam that the cheque given by Shyam Kothari has bounced. He tells his family that Shyam Kothari has deceived him.
