Poonam takes Gautam to the bank to introduce him to Prabhunath. She sees Aakash arguing with a bank officer. Meanwhile, Prabhunath meets the new bank manager. The manager behaves rudely with him for not paying the loan installments. Poonam tells Prabhunath that Gautam needs a housing loan. She becomes upset on learning that Deepak had cancelled her parents' flight tickets. Aakash comes to Poonam's house to return her pen. Kiran asks Deepak to borrow money from Prabhunath to restart his business.
