Aniket accused of stealing company goods

The manager accuses Aniket of stealing company goods. Binoy and Sushila defend Aniket and reveal to the manager that he is the son of Nikhilesh Majumdar, a wealthy businessman in Ahmedabad. Aniket receives commission for his first sale. Lalita promises to reform Tejal. Tejal refuses to talk to Gulabchand for sending her away to Ahmedabad with Lalita. Lalita tells Gulabchand to come to Ahmedabad with them to cheer up Tejal.
