The name of the whole series is derived from the name of a fictional pubs Eden, where they meet colleagues from CID. Serials stories connects the figure of Jan Boudného former detective who was shot during a police intervention and a life whose destiny becomes wheelchair. In life crisis help him friends of homicide who it unofficially also participate in some of their cases.
