เรื่องราวของหนุ่มแสนดีความจำเสื่อม ที่จับพลัดจับผลูไปเป็นทายาทคนเดียวของเจ้าสัวใหญ่ เพราะใบหน้าที่เหมือนกันราวกับฝาแฝด เขาไม่คุ้นเคยกับชีวิตไฮโซ แต่เพราะความดี ทำให้คนรอบข้างพอใจ โดยเฉพาะคู่หมั้นสาวสวยที่เขาตกหลุมรักโดยไม่รู้ตัว แต่คนร้ายที่หมายฆ่าทายาทตัวจริงยังคงหาทางกำจัดเขา เมื่อความจำกลับคืนมา เขาจึงทำทุกทางเพื่อแก้ไขความผิดพลาดทั้งหมด โดยไม่รู้เลยว่ายังมีความลับบางอย่างซ่อนอยู่
