日本の首都・東京に何故かドラゴンが出現して大騒ぎ！そんな状況を富士山の近くの地方都市・光山町在住の幼なじみ男子3人、ヨシオ・ケンジ・タモツはヨーコの働く喫茶店「チロル」で、毎日ゆるーくテレビ中継で見ていた。だが、ヨシオが古本屋で見つけた巻物によって自分たちが光の戦士の末裔だと判明し…。
