Son Goku bemerkt, dass er plötzlich sein Ki nicht mehr richtig kontrollieren kann, und so z.B. beim Fliegen Bruchlandungen hinlegt und mit seiner Momentanen Teleportation zu unerwarteten Orten reist. Von Meister Kaio erfährt er dann, dass das Spätfolgen seines Kampfes mit Hit sind. Durch die zehnfache Kaioken hat er sich überanstrengt und soll sich nun ein paar Tage ausruhen und erholen. In dieser Zeit will er nun auf seine Enkelin Pan aufpassen. Die wird jedoch prompt durch ein Versehen von Pilaw, Mai und Shu entführt. Nach einem kurzem Abenteuer mit den dreien kehrt Pan jedoch wieder unbeschadet nach Hause zurück.
Due to over exerting himself from using the Kaiō-ken technique against Hit, Goku has problems controlling his energy and is force to take break to regain his strength. While Gohan and Videl are out, Goku and his family babysit Pan with the infant being fascinated with the stars. That morning, the Pilaf Gang attempt take advantage of Goku's powerless state with a giant robot, but they end up unintentionally stealing Pan while their robot turns into a ship that they accidentally launch them into the stratosphere. The pressure from the launch destroys their ship, but Pan is able to fly back home with her captives in tow. On their way home, Goku's family is relieved to find Pan even though they remain ignorant of her exploits.
Goku, qui a usé de son Ki d'une manière maladroite pendant le tournoi contre l'Univers 6, souffre maintenant d'une violente douleur qui le rend incapable de contrôler son Ki comme il le veut. Comme il n'est pas en mesure d'utiliser correctement son déplacement instantané de la Planète de Kaio jusqu'à sa maison, il finit par la détruire. Jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit réparée, Goku habite chez Gohan pour prendre soin de Pan, mais la bande à Pilaf rôde pour prendre sa revanche...
Da qualche tempo Goku non riesce a controllare bene il suo Ki, tanto che cose come volare o teletrasportarsi gli sono impossibili senza combinare disastri; su consiglio di Chichi si reca quindi da Re Kaioh, che gli rivela che l'uso che ha fatto del Kaioken contro Hit potrebbe portarlo a doversi ritirare dai combattimenti e che gli consiglia di prendersi un periodo di riposo badando alla nipotina Pan. La piccolina viene senza volerlo rapita da Pilaf e i suoi, che volevano entrare in casa di Gohan, ma risvegliando i suoi poteri torna a casa da sola sana e salva.
「遅発性乱気症」を患い、気をコントロールできなくなった悟空は、パンの世話と留守番をすることに。すると、ピラフ一味が眠りについた悟空への急襲を試みるが失敗し、逃げ出す時にパンも一緒に連れてきてしまう。
Goku parece ter problemas para controlar seu poder e Chi Chi pede para poder ver o Kaio-sama. Goku tenta o teletransporte, mas acaba parando onde está Bulma, Kuririn, em uma parte da Torre Karin e também acaba vendo Arale, uma antiga amiga de infância de Goku. Depois de chegar no planeta Kaio, Kaio-sama deduz que isso aconteceu depois que Goku usou o Kaio-ken aumentado dez vezes como Deus Super Saiyajin azul e pede um tempo para que Goku descanse. Goku chega em casa, mas como tem problemas para controlar seu ki, acaba a destruindo. Goku passa a viver na casa do Gohan. Piccolo instrui a Goku de como cuidar da Pan. Pan foge de casa e acaba parando onde está Pilaf, que o faz passar maus bocados. Pan depois volta pra casa, onde lá os outros a procuram preocupados. Gohan recebe uma recomendação de estudo, mas Gohan recusa pelo fato de estar longe da Pan. Pan aprende a chamar Goku de vovô.
Goku revela a Milk que ha tenido problemas para controlar su Ki, llegando a caer mientras volaba siéndole recomendado visitar a un doctor. . Gohan y Videl vuelven a su hogar, y al ver a Pan, está dice su primera palabra.
（TV原创情节）一向能吃能喝的悟空最近食欲不振，还经常出状况。于是跑到界王那求帮助，结果发现是因为强行使用界王拳的后遗症。
엉터리 계왕 주먹을 써서 갑자기"지연성 큰 신경증"에 걸리다. "기"의 컨트롤을 못하게 됀 오공. 계왕으로부터 "고치고 싶으면 절대 안정"이라는 선고 받은 오공은 바쁜 오반 대신 팡의 돌보기과 살림을 맡는다. 그런데 그런 오공을 호시탐탐 노리는 자들이 있다. 오공의 복수에 불타는 볶음밥이다. 피라후는 슈우 마이와 함께 잠든 오공에게 급습을 시도한다. 하지만 여기서 뜻밖의 사태가 발생한다. 팡에게 발견되어 버린 것이다! 놀랄 달아나는 피라후 패거리. 하지만, 기세가 지나쳐서 팡도 함께 데리고 온다. 한편 그 무렵 오공들은 팡이 없어지면서 북새통을 이루고 있고….
Goku começa a ter problemas para controlar seu corpo! Depois de visitar o Senhor Kaioh, ele descobre que precisa de repouso absoluto seu corpo se estabilizar. Mas ao visitar Gohan, Goku descobre que não é fácil ficar quieto com a bebê Pan por perto.
