El show está conducido por Supremme De Luxe, como directora del Hotel, y cuenta con Paca la Piraña como recepcionista del hotel. Por el escenario pasarán las huéspedes más televisivas, las drags del momento: Arantxa Castilla-La Mancha, Carmen Farala, Dovima Nurmi, Drag Vulcano, Hugáceo Crujiente, Inti, Killer Queen, Pupi Poisson, Sagittaria y The Macarena.
