تدور الأحداث في شكل عائلي كوميدي، حول نانا جويدة (منى نور الدين)، كبيرة العائلة ذات شخصية قوية ومتحكمة ومن طبقة أرستقراطية، تقع لها عدة مفارقات كوميدية ودرامية مع الشخصيات المحيطة بها، أهمها زينة التي تأتي للعمل عندها لكي تُعيل وتساعد زوجها العاطل في المعيشة، ولكن يتضح الأمر بأنها في مهمة سرية وتصطدم بعزيزة مدبرة المنزل التي تعرقل لها مهمتها.
