เพราะพุฒิ พี่ชายของพิณต้องไปทำงานต่างประเทศ ทำให้พุฒวานเอยเพื่อนของพุฒ ให้มาช่วยดูแลและอยู่เป็นเพื่อนพิณน้องสาวช่วงที่ตัวเองไม่อยู่ พิณแอบชอบเอยมาตั้งนานแล้ว แต่เพราะเอยเรียนจบไป ทำให้ทั้งคู่ห่างหายกันไป แต่พอทั้งคู่ได้กลับมาเจอกันอีกครั้ง แถมเอยยังรู้ว่าพิณแอบชอบตัวเองอีก พิณ ตั้งใจว่าจะเลิกชอบเอยให้ได้ เลยสร้างภารกิจเลิกรักให้ได้ภายใน 21 วันขึ้นมา พิณพยายามที่จะทำภารกิจ ส่วนเอยก็พยายามที่จะทำลายภารกิจนั้น เรื่องวุ่นๆของทั้งคู่จึงเกิดขึ้น!!
