NOTE: "Sakuramochi" means "Cherry Blossom Rice Cake". It's a sweet Japanese dessert made from a sweet pink-colored rice cake filled with a sweet red bean paste center. This is then wrapped in an edible pickled sakura (cherry blossom) leaf. Yum!
