On September the 12th 2014, Adelene Long and her mother visited the Royal Adelaide show for a day out together whilst vaticination in Australia. The day would end in horrific disaster when Adelene was thrown from the ride to her death as her mother watched on. Unfortunately this was anything but a freak accident as later evidence would come to show that Adelene's death was completely inexcusable and could have been prevented entirely.
