An eight-year hunt for Rudy Farias ended in a miracle when on June the 29, 2023 he was found on some church steps alive. The case took a strange turn when it came out that he was never truly missing at all. During the eight years Rudy Farias was "missing", he was supposedly living at his mothers house, Janie Santana. He was allegedly abused at the hands of his mother.
