Der Hubschrauber „Christoph 22“ ist am Bundeswehrkrankenhaus in Ulm stationiert. In dringenden Notfällen ist er oft das einzige und schnellste Rettungsmittel. Das Team aus Pilot, Notarzt und Notfallsanitäter wird immer dann gerufen, wenn wirklich jede Minute zählt. Die Kamera begleitet das Notärzt:innen-Team bei seinem Wettlauf gegen die Zeit.
