Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric is a 2014 action-adventure game published by Sega and developed by Big Red Button for the Wii U. Rise of Lyric had a very negative reception, and was heavily criticized for its numerous glitches, camera system, controls, combat, story, dialogue, and character development. The game did not perform well commercially, with the Wii U and 3DS Sonic Boom games only selling 620,000 copies as of May 2015.
