The client: Karen, in her 60's has a very active business and social life, which keeps her on the road year round. The key challenges: The cottage is on an island two hours from the city, meaning that the design inc. team must take all supplies over on a pontoon boat. It was late September when they started designing this “summer” place. They deal with a client who has basically given them the keys and free reign.
