Auf dem Weg dorthin kommt heraus, dass die beiden neugierigen Kanadier in ihrer Heimat so etwas wie TV-Promis sind. Das Interesse an ihnen ist entsprechend groß: Sie werden als besondere Gäste zum traditionellen Kältefestival eingeladen, beantworten Fragen auf mehreren Pressekonferenzen und beurteilen als Jurymitglieder das Teilnehmerfeld eines Schönheitswettbewerbs. The guys head northeast into Siberia to reach the coldest inhabited place on earth: the Pole of Cold. Along the way, the word of Scott and Justin’s journey travels and they become local news celebrities. They visit a permanent circus, take part in the Festival of Cold, answer questions at local press conferences and end up judging a quirky beauty contest in Yakutsk. Riding reindeer for the rest of the trek, they camp in the snow before hitting the Pole of Cold.
Scott et Justin se rendent en Sibérie pour atteindre le pôle de froid, la zone habitée la plus froide de la planète. La nouvelle de leur périple s'étant répandue, ils deviennent les vedettes de la région. Ils visitent un cirque permanent, participent au festival du froid ainsi qu'à plusieurs conférences de presse, et se font les juges d'un étrange concours de beauté à Iakutsk. Les garçons terminent leur périple à dos de renne et campent sous la neige avant d'arriver à destination.
