Marlena is shocked when Roman announces he wants to be married at St. Luke’s, knowing that’s where she and John were to wed. John, Hope, Stefano, and Kristen’s plane has crashed in the ocean. John sees Hope fighting to stay afloat and also sees Roman’s cure washing away and is torn by which to go after first. Hearing of Roman’s declining health, Sami rushes to board the first plane out of Rome. However, she discovers Carrie and Austin are on the same flight and knows she can’t have them see her.
