Lauren Beach is a traveller. After high school, she went to Europe alone and has spent the last few months in Hawaii. She recently moved to Asheville, North Carolina to work on an organic farm. She has no idea how long she will stay in Asheville since she is often moved by a strong desire to visit new places. Although she is satisfied with her experiences around the world, Lauren dreams of one day settling down on a farm of her own and truly living "off the grid."
