Deeds and Misdeeds

Sue Ellen hat wieder angefangen zu trinken, was J.R. zu erfreuen scheint. Er will seine Frau endlich loswerden und Mandy an sich binden. Cliff überrascht Jamie mit einer Blitzhochzeit. Pamela befürchtet, dass ihr Bruder mit dieser Ehe nur seine Zukunft sichern will.

Sue Ellen feels guilty over John Ross' operation and starts drinking again. Bobby and J.R. argue over Sue Ellen and the crisis with John Ross. Pam helps Cliff sign a deal with Jordan Lee but has second thoughts immediately, after realizing that Cliff wants to defeat the Ewings. J.R. plots to have Sue Ellen leave Southfork and replace her with Mandy Winger. The Ewing brothers get skeptical about Jack's promises. Police arrest a suspect in Jenna's case. Cliff and Jamie get married. J.R., Bobby, Ray and Jack travel to California to try and stop Cliff and Jamie's claim on Ewing Oil. Lucy visits Mitch in Atlanta and is very proud of his position in the hospital. Lucy also briefly meets Mitch's girlfriend. Donna tells Clayton she's pregnant. Clayton offers Donna his help in her problems with Ray. In California, the Ewing brothers learn they need to talk to Jock's first wife Amanda. Cliff is very happy that his tract 340 pumps again. Pam suspects that Cliff doesn't really love Jamie.

Bobby raccompagne Sue Ellen à sa chambre. Elle est ivre et culpabilise de ne pas avoir été près de son fils lorsqu'il avait besoin d'elle. Cliff ne peut faire affaire avec Jordan Lee à cause du blocage de la production de son puits. Pam propose de payer à sa place. J.R. promet à Mandy qu'il va s'arranger pour que Sue Ellen parte de Southfork. Sue Ellen demande à son fils de lui pardonner. J.R., lui, demande à John Ross de l'aider à surveiller sa mère. Donna n'arrive pas à annoncer sa grossesse à Ray. Cliff prend Jamie de court en organisant un mariage-surprise et l'épouse. Lucy est impressionnée par le médecin qu'est devenu Mitch. Sue Ellen s'est remise à boire. Jack, J.R., Bobby et Ray rendent visite à Wyndham qui leur explique que Jock lui avait racheté sou à sou les parts que Jason et Digger lui avaient vendu. Amanda, la première femme de Jock, a sans doute gardé les vieux papiers de son mari. Les quatre Ewing vont voir Amanda qui croit reconnaître Jock en Bobby et lui apporte le papier demandé. Cliff apprend qu'il peut recommencer à pomper du pétrole.
