There is an atmosphere of excitement at Camp Windmill. Suitcases are packed, rooms are cleaned and a new batch of Dutch people is ready to take over the baton. Today diplomat Maarten and doctor Beatrijs are in Kunduz for the last time. Their mission is over and with a certain melancholy they look back on a period in which they have changed the lives of a number of Afghans for good.
