무철이 죽고 무철의 건물은 결국 전부 압류로 넘어간다. 하루 아침에 남편과 전 재산을 잃은 미자는 현실이 막막할 뿐이다. 그러다 문득 무철이 죽기 전 규태에게 건물을 팔았단 말을 떠올리고 규태를 찾아간다.
After Mu Chul's funeral, Gyu Tae is excited that the Daewoon Building is technically all his now, while Dae Sik is haunted by guilt. Mi Ja finds out that Mu Chul's buildings have been seized and that the family is left with nothing. While feeling utterly distraught and hopeless, Mi Ja remembers Mu Chul saying something about selling the Yisan Building before he died.
Após o funeral de Mu Chul, Gyu Tae comemora o fato de que, tecnicamente, o Edifício Daewoon agora é todo dele, enquanto Dae Sik é atormentado pela culpa. Mi Ja descobre que os prédios de Mu Chul foram confiscados e que a família ficou sem nada. Sentindo-se completamente devastada e sem esperanças, Mi Ja se lembra de Mu Chul dizendo algo sobre vender o Edifício Yisan antes de morrer.
