대식과 혜숙은 사라진 행운에 망연자실 한다. 미자는 장미 때문에 무철에게 배신감을 느끼고, 실수로 손을 다친 무철은 가족들의 냉랭한 반응에 실망을 감추지 못한다. 대식은 무철이 복권을 가져간 것으로 오해하고 급기야 무철의 안방에 몰래 들어간다.
Dae Sik chega a vasculhar o lixo, mas não consegue encontrar o bilhete de loteria que Mu Chul lhe deu. Hye Sook fica arrasada com a possibilidade de a família ter que se mudar por não conseguir pagar o aluguel. Mi Ja se sente traída por Mu Chul por causa de Jang Mi, e Mu Chul se magoa ao perceber que a família nem se importa quando ele corta o dedo por acidente. Enquanto isso, Dae Sik desconfia que Mu Chul pegou o bilhete e entra no quarto dele escondido.
Dae Sik even goes through the dumpster but can't find the lottery ticket Mu Chul gave him. Hye Sook is devastated that the family has to move when they can't afford it. Mi Ja feels betrayed by Mu Chul because of Jang Mi, and Mu Chul is hurt when the family doesn't even seem to care when he cuts his finger by accident. Meanwhile, Dae Sik thinks Mu Chul took the lottery ticket and sneaks into his room.
