천하 고등학교 삼총사로 죽는 날까지 함께할 우정을 맹세했던 대식, 무철, 규태. 42년의 세월이 흐른 뒤 세 사람의 처지는 건물주와 세입자로 극명하게 갈린다. 무철 소유의 대운빌딩에서 대박치킨을 운영하는 대식은 은행에서 대출이 거절되고, 일등부동산 사장 규태는 자린고비 무철의 횡포에 모처럼의 계약을 날린다.
Na época do colégio, Mu Chul, Dae Sik e Gyu Tae juraram amizade eterna como o Trio Cheonha. Quarenta e dois anos depois, Mu Chul é um investidor imobiliário rico, porém mão-de-vaca, que possui vários prédios, enquanto Gyu Tae e Dae Sik tocam seus próprios negócios em um dos edifícios de Mu Chul. Dae Sik está enfrentando dificuldades financeiras e não sabe o que fazer após ter um empréstimo negado.
Back in high school, Mu-chul, Dae-sik, and Gyu-tae swore eternal friendship as Cheonha Trio. Fast forward 42 years, Mu-chul is a rich but stingy real estate investor who owns multiple buildings while Gyu-tae and Dae-sik run their own businesses in one of Mu-chul's buildings. Dae-sik is in a tight spot financially and doesn't know what to do after being denied a loan.
