When George discovers that helium balloons float up, and other balloons float down, he decides to switch the balloon groups around at the County Fair Balloon Festival.
気球フェスティバルの日。ジョージは、ヘリウム風船を作って飾る係だったが、ビルの仕事を手伝うことに。沢山の風船をネットの中に入れる作業だ。空気の風船はヘリウム風船のように浮かばない。ジョージは浮かんでいるヘリウム風船の方がいいだろうと考え、取り替えてしまう。
