At the warren's place, when Kouchu askes him for directions to the Tower, Kouchu and co. are blamed by the Warren for taking his powers, and it must be located. When the brawlers find his powers there is the Crystal Monster trying to take it away from them again. So the warren then believes them and lets them into the tower.
