When Chairman Jung receives photos of Kyo Bin with Eun Jae at a beach, he orders his secretary to bring Kyo Bin. Later, Kyo Bin tells his father that he's innocent. He says that he tried to stop her from committing suicide but she accidentally got swept away by the ocean. Chairman Jung tells him that people would still think of him as a murderer because he was with her at the time. Then Kyo Bin tells Ae Ri that he wants to give Ji Soo the money to keep her quiet, but Ae Ri goes against this.
鄭會長的手機接到照片，內容是橋彬在素草殺死恩才的場面。鄭會長要秘書馬上把橋彬帶來。橋彬向鄭會長撒謊，把事情瞞了下來。
鄭會長覺得單憑橋彬曾經和恩才一起在海灘出現就已經是殺死恩才的殺人犯，心裡非常難過。
橋彬想給志秀一億封口費，但是艾莉表示這不是能用錢解決的，事情不了了之。
정회장은 속초에서 교빈이 은재를 죽이려 했던 사진을 핸드폰으로 받게 되고 윤비서에게
당장 교빈을 데리고 오라고 한다.
교빈은 정회장에게 은재가 죽겠다고 난리치다 말리는 과정에서 파도에 쓸려 갔을 뿐이라고 거짓말을 하며
둘려댄다. 정회장은 교빈이 바닷가에 같이 있었단 것만으로도 이미 은재를 죽인 살인범 이라며 괴로워 한다.
한편, 교빈은 지수에게 일억을 주고 입을 막자고 하지만 애리는 돈으로 해결 할 일이 아니라며
돈을 못주게 하는데...
