On Sunday 4 November, Ronald Harrison read the lesson at his local church. Three days later the body of this respectable retired headmaster was found by his cleaning lady. The police noticed cut marks on Harrison's body and what appeared to be a straightforward death quickly turned into a murder inquiry.
