On October 7-8, 2016, Hurricane Matthew unleashed The River's Wrath on Robeson County in North Carolina. Composer Mark Andersen used the days without power or water to create an original composition, expressing the experience of the devastating floods... Robeson County Arts Council presents a 12th Night Benefit Concert for the Arts. After the devastation of the floods from Hurricane Matthew, this concert is a benefit for replacing Music Instruments and Art Supplies lost in the floods.
