Shin-chan insists his mother blow balloons for him and doesn't let her relax. So, Misae blows all the balloons and plays with Shin-chan.
Shin-chan and Nene-chan find a purse fallen on the ground. Shin-chan gets a reward for returning his mother's purse to her.
Shin-chan's grandparents take Shin-chan for a sightseeing in Tokyo. They all enjoy themselves and return home in the evening.
