Dom Littlewood and Melinda Messenger investigate a company who took thousands of pounds from schools and parents for kids' skiing holidays that never took place. Dom finds a string of schools with complaints about a travel company, and meets some ex-employees of the company who are less than complimentary about their former boss. Dom's investigations take him to Switzerland, where he discovers that it is not just UK schools who have been left out of pocket.
