Jon and Kristen Meier think outside the box by building in it! They create custom, one of a kind shipping container homes and their latest client has them designing a three-container structure in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. Dealing with tricky terrain and inclement mountain weather, the team enlists the help of their family to install bowling alley wood countertops, large patio doors and a huge back deck with a spiral staircase leading up to a rooftop observation platform. With both Kristen and their client about to have babies, there are deadlines and due dates looming so it's a race to the finish line to complete the build on time.
