  • S01E01 Islington

    • January 1, 2017

    Nick is on his home turf, Islington. He eats his way around town, stopping at a Vietnamese banquet at The Little Viet Kitchen, and a pub called the Pig and Butcher with one of his comedy heroes, Bob Mortimer. He also arranges to meet his girlfriend for an anniversary dinner at their favorite restaurant, Rotorino... but will she turn up?

  • S01E02 Camden

    • January 1, 2017

    After his break-up, Nick wakes up in Camden. To thank his friend, Mark Smith for crashing on his sofa, Nick takes him to breakfast at smokehouse Q Grill. Then, a liquid lunch at an underground speakeasy where he invents his own cocktail before sampling food stalls at Kerb Street Food market. Trying to cheer himself up he meets Morgana Robinson for an early dinner at an Argentinian steakhouse.

  • S01E03 Leeds

    • January 1, 2017

    Nick travels to Leeds with his best mate David Trent, where they have Yorkshire pudding wraps for breakfast before Nick seeks out some chicken soup to help mend his broken heart at Jewish deli, Ira B's. Then they visit David's parents where they share cheesecake. Nick ends his day by meeting his food hero, chef Michael O'Hare before eating a sixteen course dinner at The Man Behind The Curtain.

  • S01E04 Brighton

    • January 1, 2017

    Nick goes back to Brighton to catch up with some old friends and take his mind off his ex. First stop, Nowhere Man, a café specializing in American pancakes before a heart-to-heart over fish and chips on the beach with one of his best friends. Then it's onto Brighton vegetarian institution Terre à Terre for dinner with Thunder's Luke Morley, before ending his day with a bag of churros.

    Nick journeys to Berlin to reinvent himself with help from Game of Thrones actor Gemma Whelan in a multi-cultural weekend full of currywurst and chips, Korean BBQs, traditional German cakes and Turkish tapas.

  • S01E06 St. Albans

    • July 9, 2017

    Nick returns to his family home town of St. Albans for waffles with bacon, followed by a visit to his parents' house for his mum's prawn lasagna and a shoulder to cry on. After gate-crashing a St. Albans Curry Club event for early dinner Nick meets up with an old school friend and they end their day like they always used to with a chicken roll from their local take-away.

  • S01E07 Paris

    Determined to not let his break-up ruin the non-refundable weekend away to Paris he'd booked for his ex, Nick decides to take David Trent instead. Their romantic adventure begins with oysters and champagne at Bofinger, followed by the delights of Seychelles cuisine at Coco De Mer then sweetbreads at modern bistro L'Office and ends with a walk along the River Seine.

  • S01E08 Little Europe

    • January 1, 2017

    Nick is joined by Nish Kumar to eat their way around London's Little Europe before Brexit shuts everything down. The day begins in Stockwell's Little Portugal where they try salted cod, then it's onto Farringdon's Little Italy where Nick makes Sicilian pizza. Last on their whistle stop culinary tour is Kensington's Little Poland for pierogis and vodka.

  • S01E09 Peckham

    • January 1, 2017

    Nick attempts to get as far away from his ex as possible by house hunting in Peckham, where he stops off with his estate agent at bao bun eatery, the aptly named Mr. Bao, followed by tapas at the aptly named Miss Tapas. Nick rounds off his day by popping in unannounced at his Uncle co-star Daisy Haggard's house to help spice up her day and crumble she's making.

  • S01E10 Essex

    • January 1, 2017

    Nick decides to get out of his comfort zone and travels to rural Essex for a farm to fork experience. He grinds his own meat and invents his own brand of sausages at Meatline butchers, takes on double world record holder and award-winning turkey farmer Paul Kelly in a turkey plucking and carving challenge before ending his day attempting to hunt rabbits for a rabbit stew.

  • S01E11 Soho

    • January 1, 2017

    Nick Helm is in his spiritual home of Soho for a fried chicken breakfast with comedian Lloyd Griffith. Then its onto his favorite ramen bar, Bone Daddies, before meeting up with Sherlock's Amanda Abbington for soup dumplings in Chinatown. The day ends with a long queue at Soho's latest food sensation Bubblewrap for desert.

  • S01E12 Wales

    Nick and David Trent go camping for the weekend at Machfest. In between gigs, Nick finds time for a vegan street food platter with Rhod Gilbert, a visit to a Willy Wonka style sweet shop, breakfast with Mike Bubbins and the stand-up tradition of a curry from the only curry house in Machynlleth, the Taj Mahal.

  • S01E13 Notting Hill

    Nick Helm bumps into Crazyhead star Susan Wokoma on the way to the same audition in Notting Hill and the pair arrange to catch up over Austrian tapas at Kipferl, Mexican tacos from Taquieria and jerk chicken burgers at Boom Burger. Nick ends his day at a donut stall.

  • S01E14 Glasgow

    • May 10, 2017

    Nick is joined by fellow stand-up comedian Ed Gamble, and after an Irn Bru pulled pork sandwich cooked by Danny 'Mad Chef' McLaren, Nick gets competitive as they are taught how to make sushi at Nippon kitchen. There's still time to sample some traditional Scottish delicacies haggis, black pudding, cullen skink, and deep fried pizza.

  • S01E15 Borough

    • December 10, 2017

    It's moving day for Nick Helm and he's ready for the next chapter in his life as he spends the day in Borough Market near his new flat. He meets up with Borough resident Evelyn Mok, and after a food dash around the market there's just time for a pulled pork and crackling sarnie before Nick heads to the pub for a drink with all the people he's met.

  • S01E16 The Last Supper

    It's the end of the series and Nick has a house warming party to celebrate. He's cooking a meat feast inspired by the food he has eaten throughout the show. But really, it's all just a ruse as he's met a new girl and doesn't want her to think he doesn't have any friends. But will she turn up?
