In the city of angels, writer, actor, and publicist Mike Pingel has immersed himself in the world of Charlie’s Angels. When the show made its debut in 1976, it was an instant smash hit, and a young Mike was among the legions of fans. So much so that he started collecting magazines, toys, and other memorabilia, a collection that now consists of more than 2,000 items. He then moved to Los Angeles and created a newsletter called Angelic Heaven. He was determined to meet the Angels, and he did. Mike later launched charliesangels.com, took part in Farrah Fawcett’s reality series Chasing Farrah, and served as her personal assistant from 2005-2007.
