Andrew is in Merthyr Tydfil at the new mountain biking centre 'Bike Park Wales.' He meets the brains behind the project and takes to the trails himself. The park is open from 9am till 5pm during the Winter, and day passes for the uplift service start at £30. Hannah joins us from Tenby in Pembrokeshire. She speaks to the man behind plans to transform St. Catherine's Island into a tourist attraction. Just 100 metres off the coast, it's been closed to the public for the past thirty years.
