This CAN NOT be episode 7x24, watch the episode and you'll see that it is 4x03. In this episode Kelly has short curly hair (like she does in the rest of season 4) and is apartment hunting because she and Stuart recently broke up. Kelly and Stuart break up in 4x01 - The Kick-Off and the Kiss-Off. Also, Kelly lives in New York during season 7. She comes home in 7x21 with long straight hair and a new boyfriend, then has a fling with Dauber in 7x22. This is absolutely not 7x24.
