Mexican Shrimp

Back in the kitchen, Milk Street Cook Josh Mamaclay makes Cilantro Rice, a colorful and aromatic side. Finish with Rayna Jhaveri demonstrating a simplified, one-pot version of Veracruz-Style Rice and Shrimp.
