Christian楊尚友，廚藝界一個不陌生的名字，原來在香港的「法國醫院」出生，也因父親的工作關係獲法國國籍，人生一直都與法國有所連繫。靈機一觸下，尚友偕同家人即興飛赴法國「返鄉下」，遊走大街小巷之中，尋找千變萬化的法式美食。有美食之餘，他不忘介紹各個旅遊景點，將美景透過鏡頭跟觀眾分享。有得睇無得食？尚友每集亦教觀眾在家煮出地道美食，讓遠在本港的「為食一族」不但看到美食，而且可以感受箇中滋味。
