原名《青春合夥人》，是中國大陸湖南衛視推出的一檔明星經營類美食真人秀節目。節目旨在透過講述五位經營合夥人利用20天的時間在異國他鄉經營一家中餐廳的心路歷程與過程中的大小故事，向世界弘揚中華美食文化。《中餐廳》由製作過《透鮮滴星期天》的製作人王恬及其團隊打造，並由製作過兩季《花兒與少年》的製作人陳歆宇及其團隊參與聯合製作[2]，第一季於2017年7月1日在泰國啟動錄製，2017年7月22日起每週六22:00接檔《我想和你唱第二季》播出；第二季於2018年6月1日在法國啟動錄製，2018年7月20日起每週五22:00接檔《嚮往的生活第二季》播出，並與《幻樂之城》疊播；第三季於2019年6月5日在義大利啟動錄製，2019年7月19日23:30播出先導片，2019年7月26日起每週五22:00接檔《嚮往的生活第三季》播出。
